SHIPPING POLICY
We prepare your orders with the greatest care and we entrust them to our carriers, every evening from Monday to Friday.
Any order validated before 12 noon (excluding weekends) will be dispatched the same day. Delivery times are 48 to 72 hours for France, except for delays due to the carrier.
The delivery times in RELAIS-COLIS are from 48h to 72h. An identity document must be presented to collect the package.
Postal delivery: depending on the number of items ordered
Please note: We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
In case of absence, (if the customer has selected a delivery against signature) a notice of passage will be left.
When finalizing your order, you can indicate a delivery address different from your billing address (workplace, neighbour, business, etc.).
Receipt of parcels:
In the case of a delivery "against signature"
When delivering your package, it is imperative to check before signing the delivery note:
1) That the package corresponds to what you ordered.
In case of error, do not hesitate to refuse it and contact us for verification.
2) That the package is in good condition. If you notice faulty packaging, a crushed or open package, note specific reservations on the delivery slip. If you judge that the parcel is in too bad a condition, do not hesitate to REFUSE it.
Attention: the term "subject to unpacking" is not legal, it is necessary to note precisely the reason for the reservations ("damaged parcel", "open", "crushed cardboard", ... etc).
Return terms:
The CUSTOMER shall, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days after communication of its decision to withdraw from this contract, return the property to:

This deadline is deemed to have been respected if the CUSTOMER returns the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
Return fees
The CUSTOMER must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Condition of the returned item
The PRODUCT(S) must be returned in perfect condition and unopened.
The CUSTOMER's liability is only engaged with regard to the depreciation of the property resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this PRODUCT. In other words, the CUSTOMER has the possibility of testing the PRODUCT but his responsibility may be engaged if he carries out manipulations other than those which are necessary.
Packaging
The PRODUCTS are packaged in accordance with the transport standards in force, in order to guarantee maximum protection for the PRODUCTS during DELIVERY. CUSTOMERS must adhere to the same standards when returning PRODUCTS. As such, the CUSTOMER is invited to return the PRODUCT that does not suit him in its original packaging and in good condition, suitable for its re-marketing.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
Supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
